MV5BOWZiZDZmNjQtOTU0Ny00MjZhLWJhZjYtNDQy

Director: Ian Phillips

(USA, documentary, 82 minutes, 13+)

As we adapt to the new normal, YoFiFest still thinks it’s important that people share the arts and independent film, even if, for now, it needs to be done remotely!

That's why we're continuing our online screening series called Friday Flicks, where every Friday we present an evening of independent film and conversation.

This week's film is Ian Phillips' COACH JAKE, a fan favorite from YoFiFest 2017. Martin 'Coach Jake' Jacobson may be the winningest high school soccer coach in New York City public school history, but his greatest victories lie in helping others. During his tenure as MLK's boys' soccer coach, he has improved lives as much as he has scoring averages. Coach Jake delves into the life and work of high school soccer's most intriguing figure.

We encourage you to order in from your favorite restaurant, get comfortable and enjoy the show!, You’ll be supporting a local artist, a local non-profit AND a local business all in one night!

Only one ticket needed per watching party!

SCHEDULE FOR THE SCREENING:
